All our products are made locally at the Château de Devay in Burgundy, combining the excellence of traditional Korean craftsmanship. They are fermented in traditional Korean clay pots, using local ingredients whenever possible, sourced from local farmers.
Ingredients: Fermented soybean paste ( soybean , salt), red chili paste (glutinous rice, red chili powder, barley malt, salt, fermented soybean powder, water), soy sauce ( soybean , salt), rice syrup (rice, barley malt), sesame oil.
Store away from light and heat. Keep refrigerated after opening.
