All our products are made locally at the Château de Devay, in Burgundy, combining the excellence of traditional Korean craftsmanship. They have been fermented in traditional Korean clay pots, using local ingredients whenever possible, sourced from regional farmers.

Ingredients: Glutinous rice, red chili powder, barley malt, salt, fermented soybean powder, water.



Store away from light and heat. Keep refrigerated after opening.
